3. Security and Compliance

While we implement robust cybersecurity readiness and monitoring protocols, clients acknowledge that absolute security is unattainable. Both parties agree to maintain industry-standard security practices and safeguard credentials.

4. Limitation of Liability

Except for gross negligence, Lioran Systems LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or business interruption, arising from service delivery.
